Herb grilled, with rosemary-port demi and mint chimichurri,

Lobsterscargots
Lush chunks of Florida spiny lobster (instead of chewy
little slugs). Slow baked in a crock with herbed spinach
and seasoned garlic butter. Often imitated.  $29
