New Beach & Bar Menu Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico

New Great Beach Bistro Stuff for 2015

The Beach Bistro is offering a new, more casual, "Beach and Bar" menu and service.  During the warmer months which coincide with Turtle Season, this more casual menu will be served only in the Bistro Bar nightly.  After the newly hatched turtles have all safely begun their lives in the Gulf and the weather cools, we will once again begin dinner service on the sand.
If the Beach Bistro is the Gulf Coast's best kept secret then the fact it offers a few on-the-sand tables is an even better kept secret.
Every evening in the cooler months and after Turtle Season – weather permitting – the Bistro will set a few small tables out front.
The beach tables and the Bistro Bar lend themselves to a more casual form of service. So for 2015 we are rolling out a more casual menu for evening beach and bar patrons.
Beach Bistro Grouper Sandwich The new Beach and Bar menu will feature some old favorites like the Shrimp Po-Boy and Bourbon-Grilled Gulf Jumbos and the Real Grouper Sandwich.
There will also be some new treats – a Thai'd Bouillabaisse highlighting fresh Gulf seafood poached in a kaffir lime, ginger and lemon grass broth, and our new Big Gulf Shrimp Cocktail with a zesty fresh-grated horseradish rémoulade.
The Beach and Bar menu and Carpe Diem specials will showcase favorite shellfish offerings of Crab Cakes, Pan Roasts of Scallops, Terra Ceia Clams and Bistro charcuterie.
When the cooler months arrive, every evening the Beach area out front will be dressed with a few tables available for just cocktails or the new Beach and Bar menu.  In these warmer, Turtle Season months, though, we still invite guests to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail out on the sand.
A relaxing sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, a cocktail, a casual supper, toes in the sand … we can’t imagine a better way to end a day or begin an evening.

The Bistro's Bar and Beach area will begin seating from 5:00 PM.
The Gulf front dining room commences seating at 5:30.
Reservations are always a good idea.
