Our goal is to provide you with a fun, informative and beautiful bulletin each month to keep you updated on what has been happening here at our special little beachfront restaurant. Since our last Bulletin, we have had a busy month.

Summer is in full swing, and we’ve enjoyed celebrating all of our wonderful dads, seasonal offerings and just the most stunning sunsets you can imagine - and not until later at 8:30 pm! July promises to be a busy one with plenty of vacationing families and special celebrations. We sure hope to see you here in the near future!

Introducing Our Sunset Bar Menu!

We are excited to introduce our Summer Sunset Bar Menu! Come join us Sunday-Thursday after 7:30 pm at our Bistro Wine Bar this summer for a delectable dish and a refreshing drink for $45. We are offering a select list of some of our most popular craft cocktails or fine wines by the glass paired with your choice of savory appetizers or delicious desserts for the perfect combination at our vintage bar. We will also start you off with our Focaccia Toast and a Soup Shooter with our Famous Blue Cheese Tomato Bisque.

Our Seasonal Summer Dessert - The Passionfruit Panna Cotta

Passionfruit Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta and Passionfruit Coulis with Passionfruit Tuile

Our Passionfruit Panna Cotta has been one of our most popular desserts since it was introduced a few weeks ago, and for good reason! This stunner is as flavorful as it is gorgeous, and perfectly light after enjoying our Chef’s Tasting Menu. One of our staff literally said this was the best dessert she’s ever had - and we really can’t disagree!

Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc - Russian River Valley - 2021

Merry Edwards has been a dominant name in California winemaking since the 1970’s, specifically her Sonoma Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which have gained her international recognition. There is another interesting wine under her name that should not be missed, an outstanding Sauvignon Blanc done in a more full-bodied style. This release is loaded with tropical notes of white pineapple, lime zest, stone fruits, and distinctive hint of cream that adds a lushness, which for this varietal is unique. This Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect white wine on a warm July evening to pair with our house favorite, the Coconut and Cashew Crusted Floribbean Grouper.

CHEF’s SPECIAL HIGHLIGHT

Pan Seared Sea Bass and Diver Scallops

Pan Seared Sea Bass and Fresh Diver Scallops, Mascarpone Whipped Potatoes, Oven Roasted Broccolini, and a Lemon Caper Beurre Blanc Finish.

…Bright, fresh, and as delicious as ever, this Chef Special was a HIT!  Many of our guests enjoyed this dish so much that we kept it running during the last weekend of the month and into the holiday weekend. A perfect summer meal to pair with a crisp white wine overlooking the Gulf of Mexico beach? We can’t think of anything better!
